When I was in America at the beginning of the year, I fell in love with the breakfast burrito I had in San Diego one morning, and I was determined to recreate it at home. All I can say is that I hope you're hungry!
What you'll need:
- Bacon (I tend to fry the bacon rather than bake it in a oven)
- Scrambled Eggs
- Fried hashbrowns/potatoes (I boil and then fry in a pan with a good amount of oil)
- Wraps
- Avocado
Roll it up and there you have it! Preparation can be a bit of a hassle so grab a friend to help you cook the ingredients!
