Vietnamese (Cold) Noodles - Bánh Cuốn!

Vietnamese food is known to be healthy as there's always plenty of herbs! These long thick noodles may be bought at a good vietnamese (possibly chinese) grocery store, and they're eaten with lots of herbs and veggies such as cucumber, basil, coriander and bean sprouts. Add fish sauce with a bit of chilli and a vietnamese meat called Chả lụa.

Simple, easy, bánh cuôn!
