Ok, this is slightly unhealthy if eaten regularly, but making your own hot chips is definitely better than buying frozen bags of them!
Use fresh potatoes! Cut them into wedges and either:
1. Deep fry them (the unhealthy option) but you'll get an amazing crispy outer layer!
2. Bake them, but add a drizzle of olive oil over the top to get them crispy!
Ad the end, season with chicken salt (or just normal salt is fine as well) and there you have it! Easier and better than frozen ones! Go try them out!
